A fashion editorial: one model in burgundy velvet, a white horse and a transparent chessboard.

Her Move was developed as a fashion editorial using a limited cast, a controlled studio setting and a single central prop. The brief was to create a connected series in which the model and the horse appear as equal subjects.

The photographs combine a burgundy velvet gown, a white horse and a transparent chessboard against a dark studio background. Wide compositions, close portraits and overhead views were used to show the same setup from different perspectives.

The final series balances fashion portraiture with conceptual staging. Each image maintains the same characters and visual direction while focusing on a different part of the scene.
